Suwannee Birth Records

The Suwannee County Health Department and the Florida Bureau of Vital Statistics process and issue Suwannee County birth records. Birth records are not made public until 100 years after birth. Persons who are eligible to obtain Suwannee County birth certificates include the record’s subject, parents, legal guardians, and direct descendants. Suwannee Death Records

The Suwannee County Health Department and the Florida Bureau of Vital Statistics manage and disseminate Suwannee County death records.
