Get Putnam County Civil Court Records

Putnam County Birth and Death Records

Individuals interested in accessing Putnam County birth and death records can contact the Florida Department of Health in Putnam County. According to Florida Statutes 382.025, birth records are not public records to prevent identity theft and protect sensitive information.
